This blog was born to provide an out-of-classroom communicative space wherein my colleagues can share ideas pertaining to David Lehman's course, "Poetry & Ideas."
Meghan suggested that we post our poetry that we write for the assignments. There are currently 3 poems which were added as comments to her post "Poetry, anyone?"
If you have a poem to share, feel free to write out a new post for it. I'd be excited to read it.
I like -- a lot -- the poems that appear as "comments" to the "Poetry, Anyone?" post. They're very good, and I second the motion that we post them (and subsequent poems) on the blog itself rather than as a comment.
